Food brings people together, especially during the holidays

In a few weeks, many of us will gather with all our families to enjoy a special meal. But as we gather around a table loaded with our favorite holiday foods, we know that it isn’t just about food - it’s about shared joy, gratitude, generosity and community.

Food nourishes in more ways than one, but it can be especially difficult for many families experiencing food insecurity to bring home enough food for this Thanksgiving.

Join the Food Bank of Central Louisiana to help make sure our neighbors can bring meals home for the holidays. Our goal is to help provide as many meals as possible to help bring families together around the table this Thanksgiving Day and beyond.
